Terms of Service

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our store policies.

Products and Descriptions
We sell crystals, agate, jadeite, and other gemstone jewelry. Product photos, colors, patterns, measurements, and availability may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, and screen settings. Natural lines, inclusions, pits, minor fissures, and texture variations are normal characteristics of natural stone.

Orders and Payment
An order is accepted only after payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. Please review your shipping address, contact information, item details, and order total before checkout.

Live Sale Orders
Live-sale payment links are intended only for customers who were instructed to use the specific link during a live sale. Please do not purchase one unless instructed by the host.

Shipping
Orders are shipped from China. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, and U.S. delivery is estimated at approximately 10–15 days after shipment. Delays may occur due to customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Requests must be made within 7 calendar days after delivery. All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Prohibited Use
You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, infringe rights, interfere with the website, or submit false or misleading information.
