Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to availability. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the exchange details.

Eligible items must be unused and unworn, in original condition, free from scratches, damage, resizing, or alterations, and returned with original packaging and accessories after approval.

Natural Stone Characteristics
Crystal, agate, jadeite, and other gemstones are natural materials. Small lines, inclusions, pits, minor fissures, color variations, and surface-texture differences are normal characteristics of natural stone and are not necessarily defects. Noticeable major damage will be disclosed in the listing or during the live sale whenever applicable.

Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, including returns for exchanges, incorrect items, or items damaged during shipping. We recommend tracked and insured shipping.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Exchange replacements are subject to availability.
