Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to availability. Please contact us before sending an item back. We will confirm the exchange details and next steps before processing.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

Unused and unworn
In its original condition
Free from scratches, damage, resizing, or alterations
Returned with the original packaging and included accessories
Approved by us before it is sent back

Natural Jadeite & Gemstone Characteristics

Jadeite and other gemstones are natural materials. Small natural grain lines, fine lines, minor fissures, mineral inclusions, color variations, and surface texture differences may occur. These characteristics are normal and are part of the natural beauty of the stone.

Natural lines or small fissures that are shown or described in the product listing are not considered defects. If an item has major breakage, significant damage, or a condition that was not shown or described, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, including returns for exchanges, incorrect items, or items damaged during shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, especially for high-value or one-of-a-kind items.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item has a different price, we will confirm any additional payment or refund before processing the exchange.

If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives with significant damage, please contact us before sending it back. Include your order number, product name, and clear photos so we can review the issue and provide instructions.
